What will your tasks be?

• Assisting Polish-speaking customers via phone and email;
• Diagnosing technical issues and providing proactive solutions;
• Accurately tracking customer interactions in the system;
• Collaborating with your manager and international team;
• Striving for a high level of customer satisfaction every day.

Who are you?

You are a proactive communicator who loves solving problems. You speak and write Polish fluently, and your English is at a good B2 level. You are a real team player who thrives in a multicultural environment. You are at least 18 years old, hold a valid EU passport or ID, and are ready for a new chapter in Portugal for at least six months.
