Experienced UX Developer wanted for YoungCapital HQ in Hoofddorp

We are working with over 60 people in our (inhouse) Research and Development team at the HQ of Youngcapital on a series of impressive and cool applications. Some of these applications we develop ourselves; for example all the 25 job websites that are part of YoungCapital and their databases, but also the YoungCapital app, our own ATS (Applicant Tracking System), machine learning algorithms and many many others. We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced front-end designer who is fabolous in HTML and CSS. Somebody who wants to work at an organization that prioritizes growth. We are a hardworking, ambitious team and we are looking for the right designer who are willing to grow with us and have the same energy as we have.

36 - 40 uur per week

What are you going to do:

As a UX developer, you will try to find the perfect balance between the creativity and functionality of all of our external facing applications. We are working with multiple front-end frameworks and technologies. Together with the UX team, you will be designing, programming, and testing the front-end styleguide of our apps, websites and other cool applications. Besides the technical aspect, you will also be working on the usability and the performance.  You will collaborate with designers, product owners and developers to prioritize and ship features regularly.

What we ask

  • Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
  • You have at least 3 years professional experience as a front end developer or designer after your study;
  • You are an expert in HTML, CSS, and Sass;
  • You dare to challenge your colleagues for a game of table football;
  • You dream in English, an extra European language would be great! (Dutch is not mandatory);
  • Experience working in an Agile development process.
