Wat ga je doen?

As a Polish Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients from Poland and the Netherlands. You’ll answer questions quickly and clearly via phone, email, and chat, and help clients find the best solutions. You’ll build your expertise in financial products and investment platforms while ensuring every client receives professional, personal, and high-quality service—always following internal procedures and financial regulations.

Who You Are:

• Passionate about finance and investments
• Eager to learn and grow
• Hold at least a higher professional education (HBO) degree
• Available for at least 32 hours per week
• Excellent communicator in Dutch and English, able to assist clients clearly and warmly
