As a Fulltime Team Leader, you serve as the operational backbone on the assembly floor at this high-tech enterprise in the Eindhoven area. Taking charge of a dedicated shift of 20 to 30 production professionals, you ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly. Daily management is second nature to you: you steer continuously on SQCDP key figures (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People), striving to keep every single metric in the green. Through decisive leadership, clear communication, and a focus on continuous workflow optimization, you empower your team to achieve top-tier performance within a fast-moving, international manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly guiding, mentoring, and inspiring an assembly team of 20 to 30 colleagues;
• Tracking daily SQCDP metrics (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People) to maintain green status across the board;
• Overseeing daily production output, product quality, and safety compliance across the shop floor;
• Pinpointing line bottlenecks and executing continuous improvement initiatives;
• Leading progress discussions, annual appraisals, and absenteeism management with shift members.

Given the company's international reach, you have fluent command of spoken and written English; conversational Dutch is a valuable asset.

Wat wij bieden

• A competitive gross salary ranging from €3,000 to €5,500 monthly based on your knowledge and background;
• An additional 14.4% shift premium paid on top of your base salary for 2-shift rotation;
• A standard full-time commitment of 40 hours per week;
