English Customer Service Representative for a Luxury Car Brand in Maastricht

As a customer service representative for this German luxury car brand, you will develop a culture of customer satisfaction through timely and thorough handling of complaints and enquiries.

What are you going to do

As a full-time Customer Service Representative you are the most important interface between the customer and the company. With your experience and passion to make customers happy, you effectively and efficiently answer customer complaints and enquiries through inbound calls or e-mails. You insure that customer concerns and queries are dealt with adequately; manage the services to customers and transfer product knowledge. In addition, you will serve prospective customers by handling all roadside assistance requests, enquiries and complaints for the whole range of company cars. You're a confident troubleshooter and don't mind going the extra mile to satisfy your customers!

Maastricht is one of the oldest cities in The Netherlands, with a historic inner city. Churches, city walls, monumental merchant houses and big squares merge seamlessly with a comprehensive and varied range of shops. Maastricht has everything from modern art to an exciting labyrinth of tunnels.

What we offer

  • Salary of €2,111 gross per month plus result oriented bonuses
  • Lucrative relocation package. If applicable, you will also be reimbursed for first arrival, housing fee, and moving costs.
  • An extensive initial training of up to 4 months

  • 208 vacation hours (based on full time employment);

What we ask:

  • At least finished hbo
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • You are fluent in English (C2 level) and have excellent grammar and writing skills
  • Able to prioritise, analyse, plan and co-ordinate with a high workload
  • Advanced negotiation, problem solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Good knowledge of culture and geography of the UK/Ireland
  • Available for at least 1 year
