English Customer Service Representative for a Luxury Car Brand in Maastricht

As a customer service representative for this German luxury car brand, you will develop a culture of customer satisfaction through timely and thorough handling of complaints and enquiries.
What are you going to do
What we offer
- Salary of €1,966 gross per month
- Yearly bonus based on personal kpi's
- Lucrative relocation package. If applicable, you will also be reimbursed for first arrival, housing fee, and moving costs.
- An extensive initial training of up to 4 months
- Transportation plan: free bike every 3 years, free public transport or contribution to fuel costs;
- 208 vacation hours (based on full time employment);
- Holiday allowance: 8% of annual salary;

What we ask:
- At least finished hbo
- Be able to speak English at a native level
- Must be in possession of an EU work permit
- At least 1 year of customer service experience and a minimum of 6 months of experience with inbound calls
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Open attitude towards a diversity of cultures and backgrounds
- Able to multi-task, prioritise and analyse with a high workload
- Experience with handling complaints
- Computer literacy
