Temporary fulltime Customer Service job at a meaningful retail company in Amsterdam

Are you fluent in English and either Dutch, French or German? Do you have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a B2B customer service job? And do you have knowledge about SAP and Excel? Start now (until mid-October) at this company that connects profit with purpose!

What are you going to do:

As a Customer Service Agent B2B (business to business) you're going to manage the sales order fulfillment process from the wholesale accounts in the Benelux region, from order creation to the customer receipt. You will work closely with the sales agents, finance colleagues, supply chain team and the customers.

Topics and problems you may encounter:

  • Order delivery issues, including coordination, relabeling and repackaging requirements;
  • Wholesale post-delivery customer service and product returns;
  • Shipping schedules;
  • Assist with AR/customer credit related matters to ensure all orders get shipped on time.

In short; ensuring they deliver upon expectations, within the agreed time frame, cost and quality targets. 

Start: as soon as possible until mid-October. Monday - Friday (40 hrs. per week) from 09.00 to 17.30h. No planned vacations!

What we ask:

  • Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
  • Some experience in CSR and customer (B2B) contact (preferably in fashion);
