We are looking for a full time online marketing specialist in Hoofddorp

What are you going to do:
You will work closely together with other regions' (digital) marketing groups to make sure the digital strategy is the same in every country. You will be responsible for all digital marketing campaigns in your region, including SEO/SEM. You will be the one who can come up with creative ideas that match the business objectives and the one who can analyze to see if these actually work. So you will measure the performance of all the marketing campaigns to make sure it reaches the ROI, KPIs and engagements, and in case the performance is low you know what to do to improve it. Other tasks that are part of the job are:
- You will develop a website traffic plan.
- You will work closely with internal teams to create and design landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Sometimes you will need to look for appropriate agencies that can support the digital content needs.
- Create regular Social Media posts and optimize the performance.
- Evaluate emerging technologies.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

- Proven Experience in Digital Promotion;
