Fulltime temporary project as a Customer Support Agent in Amsterdam

Wat ga je doen?
Our client is a company who checks copies of creditcard bills. For example, a customer does not recognizes something on his creditcard bill and gives you a call about this. You will check with the customer what the bill is about. You handle questions and complaints in a professional manner with the highest degree of customer service. The customer is King or Queen! You make sure every conversation ends with a smile.
So as a Customer Support Agent at this company you will be responsible for incoming calls or e-mails with questions about someones creditcard bill.
Important!
- Because you will handle all the conversations in English, your English must be perfect
- This is a temporary project for 1 month
The office opens at 08.30 and closes at 18.00.
