Start parttime/fulltime as service employee at a big bus company in Amsterdam
Do you like to work with tourists? Are you a candidate who loves to provides services and like to work in the fresh air? And are you available during the week, evenings and in the weekend? This position might be perfect for you then!
What are you going to do:
This company provides bus services trough all over Europe. These busses also have a solid drop-off at the trainstation Amsterdam Sloterdijk. As service employee you have many different tasks. At the platform itself you provide the travelers of information about the busses that arrive and leave the platform. You inform them about which bus they have to enter to get to the right destination. You also check their tickets and ID-cards before they enter the bus.
There's also a shop at the busstation. At this shop travellers can buy tickets for the busses. You're task will be to inform the travellers about the tickets, sell the tickets and where needed, provide the travellers of information about delays or cancellations.
The platform and the shop are open from 07:00 untill 22:00. This means there are different shifts. The shifts are:
- 07:00 untill 14:00
- 11:30 untill 19:30
- 14:00 until 22:00
Because of the diversity in destinations of the busses, the job is very diverse. You always work together with colleagues what it makes the day more fun!

What we ask:
- Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
- You're (almost) fluent in 3 languages;
- You like to provide service to customers and you're a friendly person;
