Customer Support Agent at DHL Finance in Maastricht

What are you going to do:

As Customer Support Agent at DHL financial in Maastricht headquarter you will be answering calls from customers (B2B) about their invoices. You will be working in a multicultural environment.

Your tasks, among others, will be;

• To ensure customer queries from multiple channels are attented in line with the standards of DHL;
• To provide professional and qualitative customer service;
• To accurately log queries in ERP system;
• To actively promote self service functionalities and/or to ensure customer queries are addressed structurally so that these do not re-occur;
• To work closely with your colleagues to ensure customer queries are solved completely.
• To offer support with reporting axctivities;
• To maintain the mailbox with incoming questions;
• To ensure customers pay the Duty VAT Cash charges.
