Turkish Customer Service Representative in Lisbon

What are you going to do:
For our projects (NIKE and Facebook), we are looking for Turkish-speaking employees who want to join the customer service representative team in Lisbon.
It belongs to the customer service representative's tasks to take care of the questions and problems of our Turkish-speaking customers by phone, e-mail, and messenger. You are also responsible to document all cases, enter them in the database and thus ensure the best customer services.

What we ask:
- At least finished high school
- Native Turkish
- Fluent in English
