KLM Callcenter Agent, fulltime and permanent (Dutch-English) in Amsterdam

Are you service minded, empathic, flexible and would you like to work for KLM? Are you fulltime available and looking for a permanent job? We are looking for Callcenter agents for the English and Dutch market.

Beschrijving

Flying Blue is the frequent flyer program of KLM and Air France. As an employee in our call center you mainly provide phone and service information to (potential) members of the Air France / KLM frequent flyer program, Flying Blue. You work in a friendly and efficient manner so that you assist in a clear and professional image of the loyalty program.

Your responsibilities include making new bookings, modify existing reservations and answering questions. This is done both on the phone and by e - mail, in Dutch and English.



Your tasks



As an engaged representative of one of the best loyalty programs in Europe you handle incoming calls from members and establishments, as well as requests submitted via e-mail. You support Air France/KLM’s most loyal customers on a wide range of requests, such as account creation, account maintenance and award flight reservations.


• You are an expert in the Flying Blue program keeping our valuable members informed about our several airline and non-airline partners and its advantages;


• You promote extra products and services and guide members through the Flying Blue website and online shop, FB Store. Flying Blue members shall contact you to learn about the program terms and conditions, to claim eventually missing Miles or for profile updates;


• You handle all those requests, should that be written or on the phone, within set quality standards and you exceed the customer’s expectation by providing great and personalized customer service.



Your profile

• You are empathic, service minded and willing to go for the extra mile to exceed the expectations of the customer;
• You have a professional secondary education level (MBO) of work and perception. Excellent English and Dutch language skills;
• Preferably you have experience in working at a callcenter and/or in a travel or airline related industry.
• The Flying Blue department is open Monday-Sunday from 08:00 till 23:00. We are looking for candidates that are flexible to work within these hours.

Cygnific asks for involved employees who can add value. Since you are the expert you are proactive in sharing ideas to work on continuous improvement. You signal and take action upon malfunctions in processes and procedures and propose improvements.

Training

To prepare you for the job we will offer an extensive training which will take place between 09:00 – 17:30 from Monday to Friday for eight weeks. Due to training and coaching is fulltime availability during the first 3 months required.

What do we offer?

You will receive a 7 month contract with a salary of € 1841 gross/month based on 40 hours a week.
