What are you going to do:

Do you have an international mindset with a passion for travel and enjoy helping customers with different kind of questions? Is a friendly and solution-oriented customer service important to you? Then this position as a Danish customer service agent at a big international airline might be just right for you!

As a Danish customer service agent, you help travel agencies with questions and problems regarding bookings, luggage, flights or special requests. You will quickly find solutions to any problems that may arise and are always eager to give the right answers with a lot of personal attention. 

To prepare you for your new job in the best possible way, you will start with a 3-week online training. During this time you must be available full-time.  

In addition to your native Danish language skills, you also speak English fluently.

Good to know: Due to Corona you completely work from home.

What we offer:

  • A salary of € 11,68 gross per hour;
  • Working from Home;
  • A 7-month contract with the prospect of a long-term partnership;

What we ask:

  • Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
  • You are communicative and fluent in Danish and English;
  • Experience in customer service is a plus;
  • You understand how complex computer systems work;
  • You are creative, flexible and service-oriented.
