Fulltime online marketeer at YoungCapital in Hoofddorp

What are you going to do:
Do you already have experience in online marketing and would you like to grow further? Are you passionate about online marketing and do you like to convoy this to others? Then you could be our new colleague! As an online marketeer for our job boards you are responsible for optimizing, managing, planning and assessing the online marketing campaigns of the different platforms, with the aim of delivering new candidates for our clients.
Getting a lot of responsibility doens't scare you, but motivates you to do your best even harder. This attitude is key and fits the rest of the professional and ambitious team. If you also like helping colleagues so that we achieve a good result together, then this job really suits you.
What are you going to do?
- Optimizing the campaigns of the most important online marketing channels: Referral partnership campaigns with job-boards, Google Adwords; Social media;
- Starting up new online marketing channels and campaigns to achieve our goals;
- Reporting and analyzing results achieved by using Google Analytics amongst others;
- Support our senior online marketing manager in executing the overall online marketing strategy for the different job boards you are responsible for;

What we ask:
- At least finished hbo
- You have good knowledge of Google Analytics and Adwords;
- You already have at least 3 years of experience with online marketing having dealt with multiple channels;
- You are analytical and data driven and are able to convert your findings into action points.
- You also feel completely at home in an international environment and you feel comfortable in English;
