Job Description:
As a technical Operations Manager you act within a high level technical department with specialist tasks. One of your main tasks is to report directly to your manager within the CAC. Moreover, you do not cover only your own field of business, but you also deputize other technical operations managers during absences.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing and coaching a team of Technical Specialists, with the business scope of dealing with cases of Daimler customers;
- Monitoring and registering the individual and team key performance indicators, as well as the attendances and absences of team members;
- Checking and if necessary adjusting staffing level to an efficient level;
- Communicating and functioning as an intermediary between HQ, MPC's;
- Participating in the set up and resolution of procedural issues with HQ,MPC'S, and retail network.
- Identifying training, information and equipment needs witihin own team and in addition of supported stakeholders.
Job requirements:
- Fluent level in English, German and preferable another language;
- Relevant work experience with focus on advanced technical and logisitcs knowledge;
- Strongly oriented to Customer's Satisfaction, both B2B and B2C;
- Advanced knowledge of Daimler organization and tools/computer applications;
- Experience as a team leader;
- Good coaching skills;
- Strong stress management skills;
- Creativity when handling problems independently;
- willing to travel.
Working Hours:
Fulltime position, 40 hours per week between Monday to Friday, dayshift.
