International Customer Service employee wanted for an international fashion brand in Zierikzee

With immediate effect, our customer, an international fashion brand with a passion for shoes, is looking for creative, daring and resourceful new members for their customer service team. You are the first point of contact for the customers and it is your job to leave them pleasantly surprised and excited about your remarkable approach and solutions. You represent our company and ensure that the customer is made to feel completely at home after having established their initial contact with you. You advise customers over the phone, via email as well as on social media.

The team consists of honest and down-to-earth co-workers with a no-nonsense mentality. But most importantly, the label always puts the customer first. The team is dedicated to providing the best possible service and strives to make its customers happy on a daily basis. They have an immense passion for shoes and their goal is to keep improving, every single day.

Working days and working hours

This position requires you to be available anywhere from 24 to 32 hours per week. Opening hours are Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 22:00. It is very important for you to be flexible with regard to these hours.

• You are a native speaker of German or French, or speak German or French at a demonstrably near-native level;
• You are available 24 to 32 hours per week;
