In the call centre of an international fashion
conglomerate you will manage a customer support team of fifteen to twenty
people. You are there to answer any questions they may have. You are easily
approachable for all your colleagues and they can discuss anything and everything
with you. Enthusiasm? You've certainly got it! And that rubs off on all around
you. Your colleagues and you work hard as a team and are super motivated.
You will check the work schedules on a daily basis and
allocate your team’s tasks. The employees are your main focus and you will help
them fulfil their potential. This includes providing feedback on their
performance on a daily basis. In addition, you will regularly discuss your team
members’ development and pass on the results to the Team Coach Manager. All of
which is aimed at providing the best possible service to the customer!
