As a customer service representative for Cendris you are the first point of contact for clients who may have a variety of questions about the products and services of the company you are working for. You are able to answer every possible question and you have the solution to each problem. You are able to put yourself in the client’s position perfectly. He or she is happy with your sincere approach and the good service you offer. Because of you, every client puts down the phone feeling happy and satisfied!
Because Cendris is an international company, you having a good command of the English & Spanish language is of great importance. This position will offer you the perfect opportunity to gain work experience within an international organisation! Your working hours
You will be working a minimum of 24/40 hours per week. You may be asked to work day shifts, evening shifts or weekend shifts. These shifts will be planned flexibly and after consultation, which will make it easy for you to combine work and study activities!
We are looking for:
- Someone who is available for a minimum of 6 months for at least 24 hours a week.
- Someone who has a good command of the English, Spanish language, both orally and in writing.
- Someone who is client and solution oriented.
- Someone residing in or near Enschede
