Spanish Customer Support Specialist in Amsterdam

About the company:
Our client is a forward-thinking company that focused on building a sustainable future in terms of transportation by providing flexible and scalable electric vehicle charging solutions.

You will therefore be contributing to their innovative way of charging solutions are designed, built, and maintained. As a Spanish customer support specialist in Amsterdam, you will be part of the customer support team which is responsible for guiding users of their platform through all the features and functions, supporting them in managing their account, as well as helping them set up reimbursement on the platform and other finance-related matters.

Your responsibilities mainly are: Deal with customer inquiries, questions, and complaints by email and / or phone; problem analysis using the various tools at your disposal; maintain various communications with multiple departments, such as technical support and partner support, to ensure that the client receives the best possible service.

So if you have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep an eye on the big picture when customer demands are high, have excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to remain professional and courteous to customers at all times, you pay attention to details, then this position might be for you!

What we ask:

  • Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
  • You have flawless language skills in Spanish and English;
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role;
  • Have experience with SalesForce or other ERP systems (is a plus!).
