The customer support team is responsible for guiding the users of the platform through all features and functionalities, supporting them with charge card and station lifecycle management as well as financial questions.

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for customer support and handling complex hardware, software, and financial inquiries from customers. In this job, no day is the same - there is a lot of variety because every customer request is different.
