French Dutch Customer Service Representative in Amsterdam

What are you going to do:
For a fun, young payment provider, we are looking for a customer service representative who strives to improve and optimize the position. The company likes to keep everything playful and honest, and look for someone with it. You will be the point of contact for questions from users, traders and partners. You will deal with complaints and come up with solutions as quickly as possible, learning and growing within the company!
Development is central to this organization. You get the space to develop yourself and the tools are also provided by the organization. 95 employees of 40 different nationalities ensure that there is a whole international culture in the organization. Do you like this? Do you speak French, English and Dutch fluently? Then this is the perfect employer for you!
It is important for this job that you are available from Monday to Sunday.

- Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
- Be prepared to work in the weekends;
- You speak and write Dutch, French and English fluently;
- Available Monday to Sunday;
