Are you looking for a challenging part-time job? The main task of an E-Recruiter is the recruitment and pre-selection of candidates for important projects of different key-accounts of StudentJob. Do you like to work in an international environment and are you able to communicate with different target groups? Look no further!

Wat ga je doen?

Our International Recruitment Center is looking for talents that want to be responsible for the E-Recruitment of candidates for our big clients in Europe.

Your job is to do the pre-selection of candidates for our key accounts. This pre-selection consists of several aspects like CV screening, telephonic screening, reference checks or conducting E-assessments. You will inform the candidates about the vacancy of our client and by asking specific questions, you will decide whether the candidates suits the requirements of this particular vacancy or not. A responsible and challenging task!

Roles and responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Screening CV’s and motivation letters.
  • Telephonic screening of candidates from our database.
  • Planning interviews with the candidates and the client.
  • Administration of the above mentioned processes.
