What are you going to do:
As a Global Operation Specialist 24/7, you will be the first point of contact for our B2B customers (passengers, cabin crew, business partners) and transportation providers.
With your analytical capacity, you know how to detect customer needs and decide which support might be suitable for them; either by phone or by email. Your mission is to create an excellent travel experience for customers through extraordinary services.
As you will be working for customers throughout 140 countries, your work hours keep rotating every week. Therefore, it is important that you are also available at night and on the weekends. Don't worry! You will have a day off every other day and different bonuses apply to you.
