What are you going to do:

The company

This company is building an accounting application to help small businesses better manage their finances. They’re known for their extraordinary customer service. Offices are located in Canada, USA, Amsterdam, Croatia and Mexico. You'll work in a team of 10 at the office in Amsterdam, close to Damsquare, which is the European HQ. It's a big company: they're serving customers in over 120 countries. You'll work from Monday to Friday from 9.00h till 17.00h.

The job

You as a sales consultant will be responsible for closing new business deals over the phone with Small and Medium businesses in multiple countries. Part of the warm lead pipeline will be provided by others (such as Marketing). You’ll educate prospects on the benefits for growing their businesses. You'll just call warm leads who've completed the free trial.

Your responsibilities:

  • Make about 40 dials per day;
  • Manage the pipeline;
  • Close opportunities and overachieve your monthly quotas;
  • Turn leads into deals;
  • Ensures all administrative tasks are accurate and up to date;
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure successful on-boarding of our customers.

What we ask:

  • Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability - Bachelor or Master;
  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience;
  • You are a real 'sales person' and like to close deals;
  • Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities;
  • You can start asap;
  • You're a good communicator and can speak & write fleunt in English;
  • Valid work permit for The Netherlands (no sponsorship).
