What are you going to do:

Our client is one of the famous and biggest online financial services in the Netherlands! Since they are growing to become more and more international, they are looking for a KYC Agent in Amsterdam or in Rotterdam (you can choose the work location later).

As their KYC Agent in Amsterdam or Rotterdam offices, your main role is to provide the best onboarding experience for their users. Besides, you are expected helping to reduce operational expenses by identifying bottlenecks and automating solutions. That means, you need to have not only excellent interpersonal skills, but also critical thinking skills to be successful in the role!
