This company is one of Europe’s leading independent suppliers of inflight catering equipment and passenger comfort products. They source and supply products for the aviation industry worldwide. Due to expansion of their business, we are looking for a new colleague as an Operations Support. You will be based out of the head office of this company in Nuth, the Netherlands. Remuneration will be in line with your skills and experience level.

The  activities comprise of the manufacture and supply of galley insert equipment, aircraft lessor services, and human resource services to the aviation industry worldwide. Direct Aviation has office locations in The Netherlands, Ireland, Germany and China.

As Operations Support, you thrive on maintaining internal and external relationships. You have excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and switch priorities at a moment’s notice. You are highly proficient in administrative tasks and take care to ensure a high level of accuracy in executing all your tasks to the highest level. Your customers are located worldwide. This requires you to think and act from an international perspective

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Monitor order fulfilment process;
  • Provide excellent service to our customers;
  • Manage customer satisfaction process;
  • Support sales in tender processes;
  • Manage stock positions;
  • Manage customer database;
  • Provide administrative support to sales, as required.

Wat wij vragen:

  • Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Computer literacy and experience with ERP- and CRM systems and MS-Office programs;
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A knowledge of more languages is an advantage;
  • A clear understanding of Incoterms® and experience with transportation processes is an advantage.
  • You also have to read, write and speak advanced Dutch.
