What are you going to do:

As an administrative assistant, you will work in a family business that's focused on helping people move abroad. The company makes sure everything is arranged for the move to places like Switzerland, France, America and Australia. The company is growing really fast and are also adding Asia and Africa to their list. As an administrative assistant, you will help with the plannings, and you will make sure the right suppliers know what to do. You don't lose yourself in a busy environment and can handle a high work pressure. Don't worry, you will get a lot in return for this! The opportunity to go on business trips!
On the move
You are working on multiple moving cases at the same time. You will make sure the moving is going as smooth as possible for the customers. You are responsible for the planning of the moving trucks but also the movers, containers, customs papers and the right aftercare. Furthermore, you have a lot of contact with the moving teams and all the companies that are involved with the moving. You will speak to a lot of people over the phone and in other countries, so it's important that you speak fluently in English. 
The team
As an administrative assistant, you will work in the office in Woudenberg in a team of 9 administrative assistants. All of them like to work hard, but they also enjoy a drink on the Friday afternoon. This position is for 32 or 40 hours a week during the office hours.
