What are you going to do:
Make use of your experience with social media. Sending a text message it easy; communicating the right message and mood is an art! A leading company specialized in EV mobility is looking for a new full-time social media support agent for its brand-new Customer Engagement Center in Almere.
As a German Social media Support agent, you will be in charge of the communication between the brand and their customers. The company will train you to put your social media skills into practice: you will learn how to effectively communicate within the values of the brand, and in no time you will be able to help their customers and make their lives better. What can you expect?
- You will be on the front line on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and you will be the reference point of the customers;
- You will create loyalty with the customers with your great communication skills;
- Develop engagement through different channels (phone and mails) and support the team in its growth.
As you start, you will be offered a training from Monday to Friday from 9:00 until 5:15, after that you can work flexible hours between 9:00 and 21:00. Do you want more? The company offers you many learning and development opportunities such as foreign language classes and different trainings. Plus, you will be provided with your personal sport card. You can grow, both in your work and personal life!
What we offer:

What we ask:
- Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
- Fluent in German and English;
