We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the team of our fantastic restaurant; restaurant BREDA, part of The Breda Group Amsterdam. It brings fine dining to a relaxed atmosphere in the heart of Amsterdam, Singel canal with modern international cuisine, working mainly with local fresh Dutch produce. Guests are offered 5,7,9 course chef’s menu, with optional wine pairing from an extensive and carefully selected wine list. For this creative, no-nonsense restaurants we are looking for new talent!

Job requirements

-Demonstrable knowledge of cooking techniques;

-Knowledge of products/ingredients and (the composition of) the menu;

-Is willing to tackle everything;

-Is not satisfied with an average performance;

-Only stops when the work is finished;

-Takes responsibility for own work.

You deliver high quality food/ service so that guests leave the restaurant with a big smile. As a Chef de partie you are ready to rock every day! What do we offer you?

• Salary €2500,-gross per month;
• 4 days working week;
• 45 hourly per week contract;
• no probation period, we are committed to our employees;
• 5 weeks paid holiday;
• 8,33% of your annual salary holiday allowance, paid once a year;
• Your tips are €800,- (up to €900,-) per month, this is net amount, you get it in cash;
• Meals/ lunch is provided by the company free of charge during your work;
• Free of charge drinks during your work;
• After your shift 3 alcoholic beverages free of charge;
• 25% employee discount in all of our restaurants within The Breda Group;
• Win course (WSET 2) provided by the company, with a value of €530,-;
• Discount on your health insurance.
