Wat ga je doen?

As a full-time service desk employee in Den Haag (The Hague) Our role guards your digital identity so that you can log in safely and easily to government services and companies. Everything is organised in one environment, with one identity and one login. Link your products to your Digital identity, such as eHerkenning for online identification and eSGN for digital signing and GOV.UK Verify.

Your work will mainly consist of answering inquiries via phone, live chat and email. You will be assisting users with registration issues and account queries through problem-solving and decision-making. Handling information securely and accurately recording all customer contact in the system and sending follow-up information via email and initiating contact with users when necessary. Performing verification checks to a high standard and contributing to product improvement.

As a full-time service desk employee in Den Haag, the questions you will receive will always be ICT-related. No knowledge and/or experience in ICT yet? No problem at all! During the training, you will be taught everything you need to know to be eventually the expert and to help every customer with their question/problem. Of course, it is important that you have affinity with ICT or have the interest to learn it.

Wat wij bieden

Wat wij vragen:

  • Minimaal mbo4 werk- en denkniveau;
  • A minimum of 32 hours per week available:
  • Experience in customer service is a strong plus;
  • You must be a fluent English speaker;
  • GCSE Equivalent.
