What are you going to do:

As a Finnish Customer Service Agent in Amsterdam or Enschede, you will be representing the biggest Dutch airline and assist customers with their inquiries through phone in the best manner. You are friendly, energetic and a real problem solver. The customers could have questions about their bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades, the loyalty program, or they have other special requests. Also, you don’t hesitate to take that extra step to make the customer’s experience unforgettable.

To fully prepare you to give the right information to the customer and get them ready for their journey, you will be provided with an eight-week training. This training is full-time, so you should also be available full-time during those eight weeks.

What we offer:

  • Working as a Finnish Customer Service Agent in Amsterdam or Enschede;
  • A competitive salary of €15,27 (inkl. 1,50€ language allowance) per hour;
  • A 7-month contract with the prospect of a long-term partnership;

What we ask:

  • Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
  • Finnish and English (Finnish on native level), both verbal and written;
  • You are flexible, service-oriented, creative and have a sense of humor;
  • Preferably, you have experience in customer service.
