About Peddler

As a delivery person / rider, do you want to earn a good basic salary from €13 per hour to €15 per hour with bonuses and based on performance?

Peddler.com is a great and fast growing e-commerce platform especially for local retail. At Peddler we do things a little differently. And that also applies if you start working as a bicycle courier / rider at Peddler!

We are looking for deliverers / riders who will deliver on our electric cargo bikes. A sporty student job with a good hourly wage! You can work with us as a part-time job or on a permanent basis.

Your basic hourly rate starts at €13 per hour, and can go up to €15 per hour if you, among other things, make more than 3 deliveries per hour. Our top deliverers even have a chance to win shares within the company to actually become part of our success!

For example, think of:

• A fixed times or flex; we want to be able to count on you, but it's mutual.
• We take care of your good working conditions;
• Work 8 - 40 hours, you choose your shifts or you work fixed days;
• Flexible working days; easy to combine with other side jobs, your studies or other obligations;
• A good salary from 13 euros gross per hour, with €1-€2 euros per hour surcharge/bonus if we reach our target of deliveries per hour;
• A Rider Controller who plans your routes and assists you by telephone with questions and/or problems;
• Use our electric Urban Arrow cargo bikes to cycle through the city;
  fun; you're part of the team! If you have good and fun ideas, let us know, we'll be happy to work with you. For example, occasionally make fun videos for our social media channels.
• A pleasant working environment; we ensure that your equipment (bicycle, raincoat, etc) is always in order. And, if you need a coffee or snack before your Monday morning shift, we'll make sure it's ready!

This is what we expect from you:

• You cycle through the city with ease and you are accurate and fast;
• You can work independently and solve unforeseen situations;
• You have good communication skills; you have a lot of contact with your
• Rider Controller, customers and retailers. It is important that you maintain good communication with them;
• You are 18 years or older;
• You speak English and/or Dutch;
• You own your own phone, with internet.
