What are you going to do:

Are you ready to turn your interest in tech into work and do you enjoy customer contact? Join a growing company in the Benelux. Specialized in access and security systems, this company is looking for a Technical Support Agent for its team in Amsterdam! 

The customers you will have to call are from Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands. That is why you have to speak fluently Dutch, and French is a big plus! 

Your responsibilities? 

  • Assist customers with technical problems 
  • Help them in the installation and utilization of the product
  • Represent the brand through your contacts with the clients

If a technical problem cannot be solved from the office, you will have to visit the customers to fix it. Therefore, you need a valid driver license. (That occur however 1-2 times a month maximum)
