What are you going to do:
As a German Sales Support (m/f/d) you will work in a company established in Almere that specializes in visual communication. This means that they manufacture products such as chalkboards, menus and information displays and are already market leaders in this field with their creative range. Their products are now sold in over 40 countries.
In your position, you will work with the Account Manager and support them in providing the best possible service to their customers. The area of responsibility of the customers concerns the German-speaking countries.
In addition to direct customer communication via telephone and e-mail, you will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as entering and checking order processing, handling complaints and also coordinating unusual work situations. You also prepare analyses and reports on the company's products.
