• You will offer your professional learning services to internal and external stakeholders such as trainers, but also conference hotels or catering etc.
• Besides organizing these training events, you check whether everyone is present, calculate the trainer's fees and check which training courses the participants have already attended.
• You will maintain the training catalogue in the company's internal and external learning platforms.
• You will document all processes and legal rules neatly in an organized manner.
• Not only that, but you will collaborate with other HR teams in the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions to share the most effective processes to do your tasks amongst them.
