What are you going to do:

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and thrive in an innovative environment? If so, we have the perfect job for you! We are currently seeking a German-speaking Sales Support Agent to join a leading visual communication company based in Almere.

In this role, you will work closely with three Account Managers to ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all the customers from German-speaking countries. You will be responsible for direct customer communication via phone and email, handling administrative tasks such as order processing and complaint handling, and coordinating unique work situations. Additionally, you will analyze and report on the company's products to identify areas for improvement.

What we ask:

  • Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
  • Fluent in German and English;
  • Strong Excel skills, including S-reference and Pivot tables;
