As a French customer service employee near Amsterdam, you will engage with the customers on a daily basis to answer different questions or complaints from them via mail. After that, you will make sure that the complaints are handled accordingly and are accurately processed in the system. As a French customer service employee near Amsterdam, you are also responsible for identifying ways to improve the current working techniques and for supporting the tour guide at the end of their journey.
