Beschrijving
What you’ll do.
- Manage the status of the daily activities of the fulfilment operation for various order channels and packaging types. Predominantly focused on eCommerce and (small) B2B fulfilment mainly via web shop
- Ensure all orders are shipped within agreed SLA’s
- Have a continuous improvement mindset to increase operational efficiency
- Contribute and/or lead daily progress meetings regarding coordination and organization of the work and capacity planning
- Further establish and build a strong workforce
- Support and initiate employee development
- Ensure health and safety guidelines (ARBO, VCA, etc..) are followed within the operational department
- Liaise with various departments located in our HQ in Scotland
- Contribute to management reporting
- Business travelling will occasionally be required.
