Ce que vous allez faire

As a French Call Center Agent in Amersfoort, you will ensure that customer queries are answered quickly and well by answering different questions or complaints from them via mail or telephone. After that, you will make sure that the complaints are handled accordingly and are accurately processed in the system. As a French Call Center Agent in Amersfoort, you will also advise customers in finding out which accommodation is the right one for them, help them navigate through the website or tell them about the experience of luxurious camping.

You have a passion for helping people, and already have demonstrated experience in customer service; a perfect skill to have for your work as a French Call Center Agent in Amersfoort! In addition to that, you have a passion for camping and speak fluent Dutch.

For this position, it is important that you are 24 - 40 hours available a week, and that you are always available on Wednesday and Friday.
