Most new customers go through these steps without difficulty, but there are also many who struggle and encounter specific issues. That's why we need you! As a Spanish-speaking service desk employee in Leusden, you will help customers step by step through the process. The organization and opportunities: You will work in a young and friendly company. We regularly organize drinks, and of course there is also room for distraction during working hours.
After a few weeks of onboarding, you will have the opportunity to work from home on a regular basis. 24 or 40 hours a week - the choice is yours! Of course, you don't do all this for nothing. You get a good salary between 13 and €17 per hour, depending on your knowledge and experience.
Even if you have no experience in the service desk area, you are welcome as a service desk employee. The main thing is that you are inquisitive and have the ambition to really help the customers!
