Start as Outsourcing Specialist at De Lage Landen in Eindhoven!

Wat ga je doen?

As a valued member of the Global Procurement team at De Lage Landen, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Group's Global Outsourcing process. This role involves managing a subset of DLL's contracts and engagements with external parties, encompassing both third-party arrangements and Intragroup agreements between DLL and Rabobank entities. Your responsibilities will extend from evaluating outsourcing relationships before contractual commitments are made to providing ongoing oversight throughout the contract's duration. As a subject matter authority in EBA outsourcing, you will be expected to collaborate with the existing outsourcing team to achieve the following objectives:

Daily Responsibilities:

• Contribute to aligning EBA outsourcing guidelines with DLL's established framework through thorough assessment.
• Formulate and deploy procedures, subsequently integrating them into the organizational structure.
• Play a significant role in creating a process to monitor and evaluate outsourcing-related risk assessments.
• Assist in developing governance protocols specifically tailored to outsourcing ventures.
• Handle routine activities pertaining to outsourcing within the business-as-usual context.
