Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Your new role:
1. Responsible for dealing with the problems generated by users through online and telephone.
2. Responsible for recording categorize and summarize the problems of customers.
3. Responsible for understanding the company's products, according to the problems collated on the products and processes to put forward optimization advice.
4. Other work assigned by the department.
What you need to success:
1. Experience in customer service work is preferred.
2. Strong customer service awareness, strong communication skills and problem solving ability, sense of responsibility and commitment.
3. Native Dutch speaker or Level of Dutch(B2+) required; Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, French, Italian, Portuguese and Portuguese is preferred.
