Senior Treasury Systems Analyst

Job Description:

The Senior Treasury Systems Analyst will be expected to engage with other departments such as Controllership, A/P, A/R, IT, and global businesses as required. This is a senior treasury analyst role who will:

• Lead the implementation of Treasury Management System (GTreasury) integration with various ERPs and banks.
• Maximize treasury management system use and capacity to support current and changing business needs. Lead the Treasury process enhancements, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), implementation of API and other digital treasury tools.
• Serve as primary systems administrator for banking and financial systems portals including banking, lockbox, receivables and imaging portals, and our global treasury management system.
• Work with Internal Audit and Compliance teams, as well as external Audit teams.
• Assist in the development of training for banking and treasury system functionality and procedures.
• Drive initiatives to consolidate system access needs and reduce access in ad-hoc systems.
• Execute other projects, assignments and tasks as required.
• Lead the team when manager is on vacation.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Knowledge and training of banking and treasury applications including functional and system administration.
• Exceptional project management skills to manage multiple, complex requests one time
• Prior TMS experience is preferred (e.g. GTreasury, FXall, Chatham, Bloomberg, or similar products)
• Some working knowledge of accounting and treasury advised.
• Advance excel skills and experience (macros in Excel)
• Strong ability to work as part of a team, work with a high degree of self-direction and motivation, and able to lead and manage specified projects.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communications skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work in an international, multi-cultural organization.
• Ability to communicate technical and/or complex information to a variety of end users.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and practical problem-solving abilities.
• International experience is beneficial.

Education:

• Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, computer science, or information Technology is preferred.

Experience:

• No less than three years of experience in a project management and systems integrators environment
