> Maintain and Strengthen Customer Relations: You are the go-to person for customers, operating from the office in Lelystad.
> Product Expertise: Become a guru in the products and services and help customers find the perfect solutions for their needs.
> Quotation and Contract Wizard: Prepare and follow up on quotations, price proposals, and contracts like a pro.
> Effective Communication: Connect with customers through phone, email, and video conferencing with ease.
> Boost Sales: Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to take the sales to the next gear.
> Solve Problems: Handle customer complaints and issues with a professional and customer-oriented approach.

What we ask:
- Minimum mbo level or equivalent ability
- Good command of English and intermediate levels of German. French is a plus!
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the Automotive industry
- You are a good communicator & relationship builder and like to work detail- & resultsorientated
