Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Chef to join our team, and we welcome individuals from all backgrounds, including stay-at-home parents looking to re-enter the workforce. No prior professional experience is required; we value a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and cook meals for 10 employees daily at our office.
• Create a diverse and appealing menu, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Ensure that meals are nutritious, balanced, and prepared hygienically and safely.
• Manage inventory, purchase ingredients, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the team to accommodate special requests or dietary needs.
• Monitor and manage food costs within budgetary constraints.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• No prior professional experience required.
• A passion for cooking and a desire to create delicious and nutritious meals.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently
• Creativity and enthusiasm for cooking.
• Flexibility to adapt menus as needed.
• Culinary certification or degree is not required.

Schedule:

This is a part-time position, and the schedule will be 4 days per week, with flexibility to accommodate the needs of the company. It is a part-time position due to the company ONLY needs the lunch to be made.
