As a Customer Service Representative at a transportation company in Nieuwegein, your primary responsibility will be ensuring that customers receive comprehensive assistance. What will be my responsibilities?
At the beginning of each workday, the supervisor distribute the tasks.Your role might involve engaging in telephone conversations with customers, which could include both private customers and larger businesses. That will allow you to build relationships.You'll also manage the company's mailbox and address a variety of inquiries, from complaints to simple questions.The inquiries you handle can encompass a wide range of issues, from addressing complaints about noise disturbances, damages, or missing packages to providing information about the location of a customer's parcel.
Reports you may need to review are generated by the company's drivers. These reports may indicate challenges, such as delivery difficulties due to roadblocks. You can proactively work on resolving these issues even before customers reach out. An added benefit is that the volume of phone calls, emails, and reports is manageable, giving you ample time to effectively address various problems in this dynamic role.

What we ask:
- Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
- Experience in Customer Service is a plus;
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
