What are you going to do:

As temporary parttime data support in Amsterdam, you will be responsible for data collection, systems integration and the development of API scripts to provide key insights. You will work for the customer success department and help them get insights to make sure they excel in their roles. This job offers you a unique chance to gain experience while working on real-world projects that make a significant impact on customer service. 

Some of your responsibilities:

• Design and implement API scripts for systems integration
• Assist in data collection, analysis and validation processes
• Support the team in various development and testing tasks that impact customer service
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing to ensure effective use of developed solutions. 

Where will you work?

When you start working as a temporary parttime data support, you will work for a company that services many audit and finance professionals all over the world. They provide insights and solutions to validate data and build software systems. You will be part of the customer success team, that focusses on the customer journey. You are available for 24 hours a week for at least the coming six weeks.
