The Treasury Analyst performs daily cash management and banking operations functions. This role supports local and global treasury initiatives by leveraging treasury technologies and implementing efficient cash management best practices and banking structures, including cash-pooling.

What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?

Cash and Liquidity Management:

Prepare daily consolidated cash position.
Ensuring liquidity, including short term internal funding.
Concentrate all regional funds available either via Cash pooling or manual sweeps, execute funding wire transfers.
Perform daily analysis of the regional cash position in co-operation with the global Treasury team.
Perform short term cash forecasting and further develop (expanding) the forecast as much as possible.
Optimizing regional cash efficiency.
Identify regional FX exposures and support the derivatives manager with the execution of trades.

Bank Activities:

The primary focal point for all regional cash management bank activities, including:

- Handle bank services including escalation management.

- Prepare and maintain documentation for bank accounts and signatories.

- Maintain banking relationships, analyze bank fees, recommend cost savings, maintain bank accounts.

Internal Stakeholders management:

Primary "face" of Treasury, interfacing with the shared financial services functions of accounting, AP&AR and the business.

SOX:

Ensuring controls are being executed according to the policies.
Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan, receiving guidance and oversight from manager.

Other:

Assisting on regional & global Projects and assure timely follow up and execution.
Credit Card solution development and administration.
Trade Finance: Guarantees and LC for regional business.
Perform Treasury related payments e.g. Funding, Dividends and Inter-Company Loans

What Are We Looking For?

Strong analytical abilities.
Detail-oriented and able to multi-task, work well under pressure, effectively manages deadlines and thinks "outside the box".
Committed to continuous process improvement and maintenance of a strong control environment.
Fluent English.

Advanced Excel Skills.

Nice to have skills:

Dutch language
Proficient in treasury management workstations (GTreasury or Other).
International experience will be beneficial.
