Sales Engineering Manager
Job Description:

As the Engineering Manager Benelux for Arrow Electronics, you we will help guide innovation forward with your team, customers, and suppliers enabling them to create, make and manage their technology.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Manage, coach and work with a passionate, dynamic, and engaged team.
- Work collaboratively with multiple business units.
- Work and align with key suppliers from Arrow Electronics.
- Take ownership of the performance metrics, ensuring that we meet and exceed on revenue, gross profit, demand creation as well as market share growth, for key suppliers and customers.
- Ensure all Arrow EMEA initiatives are successfully executed in the region. Focus customers, Top Opportunity along with associated marketing and business development initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Business plans and supplier development plans in conjunction with respective business partners.
- Ensure consistent delivery of management messages, actions, and programmes
- Provide positive working environment, through clear goal setting, motivational behaviour enforcement and strong rituals and recognition programmes to support team growth.
- 5+ years' experience in a technical and/or management role.
- 3 years of management experience.
- Nice to have: experience in the electronics industry.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Ability to build internal relationships with key stakeholders in other parts of the Arrow business and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Action oriented, problem solving, customer focused and results driven.
- Proactive approach: able to work independently, and as part of a team.
