Reporting to the KAM Team Leader and working very closely with other members of the ECA Poultry Management Team, you will be responsible for helping to identify and then preparing the business cases for new business development in previously untapped markets and customers.
A key part of the role will be to work with a network of local Technical Sales Managers Feed Additives across ECA. In doing so, you will make sure that the ECA Poultry strategy on FA strategy gets translated into concrete local action in our markets and that the proposed value propositions work for our diverse customers.
With your background, you will play a key role in further developing the Feed Additives knowledge and (selling) capabilities of our ECA local sales teams. At the same time a lot of great knowledge, experience and best practices are already available locally and your challenge is to leverage these across the whole of our BU. The objective is to act as one ECA and execute fast without reinventing the wheel locally.
In partnership with the KAM Team Leader, the Portfolio Manager Poultry and other members of the ECA Poultry Management Team, you will be a key member of the team to ensure we execute the commercial strategy in markets where Trouw Nutrition is today under-represented. Whereas the portfolio manager will bring strong marketing skills and a mid to long term focus, you will bring the technical expertise, customer insights and be focused on strategy deployment in the shorter term. Together, you will also be closely involved in innovation projects and ensure an efficient and effective launch in ECA.

What you bring
You have at least a Bachelor/Master's degree or relevant higher education qualification;
Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role;
Strong affinity with the poultry business;
Your English is fluent (both written and verbal);
You live in Europe and will be willing to travel to Amersfoort on a regular base or other locations in ECA if needed.
